RE: Support from Carney’s Community, Fitzroy Lodge and Mark Reigate
To whom it may concern,
I would like to thank Carney’s Community, Fitzroy Lodge and in particular Mark Reigate, who’s commitment, support and dedication to us as a school over the last few years has been incredible.
For numerous years we have been welcome down at the boxing club, Fitzroy Lodge and hundreds of our students have gained valuable experience from the expertise and superb facilities they provide the community.
Mark Reigate has always worked with our students in the past through the “Sky Sports Living for Sport” programme and over the last two years Mark has mentored students in Key Stage four.
One student in particular BM has been a major success and a lot of this is to do with the understanding, dedication and support he gets from Mark.
BM does not like school, is often late, does little work and finds himself often in trouble. BM at one stage was at high risk of permanent exclusion from the London Nautical School before we introduced BM to Mark and Fitzroy Lodge.
BM is often at Boxing before it opens and will work all day, after he completes his work, he then is allowed to train etc. BM is currently focused and should complete all of his GCSEs at school. BM attends Fitzroy Lodge two days a week.
