Only 4500 miles to go!
Back in February we told you about Tom Davies, a 19 year old who is attempting to become the youngest person to cycle round the world unsupported. His entire route is over 18,000 miles and includes 17 countries and four continents. As well as going for the record, he is taking this huge challenge in order to raise money for three different charities, including Carney’s Community.
Well Tom is still going. He is currently in the USA and is now over three quarters of the way through his journey.
His epic feat was recently featured in the magazine road.cc.
So far, Tom has raised over £20,000 but is aiming to raise a whopping £180,000. If you’re able to donate, his fundraising page is here.
