An experienced voluntary sector leader, Ali has held leadership positions in two charities focusing on supporting people with neurological conditions and disabilities, including a children’s charity. For over 10 years Ali has developed extensive experience and proven capabilities in building organizations through fundraising, financial management, HR, and strategy development.

Recent achievements include an Outstanding Leadership qualification at The Business School (previously Cass), a diploma in voluntary sector management from the Open University, and levels 2 and 3 in counseling from City & Islington College. In her spare time, Ali is a singer and Trustee at the Pink Singers, the longest-running LGBT+ community choir in Europe.
