We mainly work with young people on a one-to-one basis.
Each young person builds a trusting relationship with a single consistent person; this relationship lasts as long as the young person needs; and the mentoring is taken up by the young person when they want it and are motivated to make changes in their lives.

Business/ social enterprise development
We offer mentoring and business counselling to individuals who want to set up their own projects, businesses and/or social enterprises. Sessions run on Fridays from 11-4pm, but please call 020 7228 0506 to book. Read more about what we offer here.
Employing ex-offenders and Carney's Community beneficiaries
Carney’s Community involves ex-offenders and previous beneficiaries in a number of ways.
Ex-offenders must have not reoffended for two years to be eligible for employment. Ex-service users must hold down a job with another employer for at least a year, to demonstrate they are capable of fulfilling the responsibilities of employment.
Eligible beneficiaries who have gone through the project are fully trained, risk assessed and supported to volunteer e.g. as peer mentors, volunteer coaches and to provide administrative support.
Boxing Fitness sessions
Our centre in Battersea also provides other services run in partnership with other providers.
We provide our participants with counselling and family mediation and support. Read more about this work here.
Yoga sessions are held on Thursday evenings at 8.15pm, every fortnight.
The sessions are delivered by Behaviour Specialist and Youth Worker Zara Pittman who, after trying a few boxing sessions, saw the similarities with Yoga and how much the two could compliment one another.
